Bespoke or Made-to-Order pieces require additional production time. The estimated timeline will be communicated at the time of order.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and package weight.
Free local pickup is available for customers who prefer to collect their orders directly.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted on Ready-to-Wear items within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags intact.
Bespoke or Made-to-Order items are non-returnable due to their personalized nature.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our support team via email or phone within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the return address.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be allowed for size or color (where available) on Ready-to-Wear items.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party couriers.
Jolaádé reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
